Nancy Jean Keathley Obituary

New Concord, Ky. - Mrs. Nancy Jean Keathley, 80, of New Concord, Ky., died Aug. 10, 2025, at her home.


Mrs. Keathley was born Dec. 20, 1944, in Trenton, Mich. She was retired from AVEX Electronics, formerly located in Pulaski. A talented crocheter and quilter, she also found great joy in her role as a loving wife, devoted mother and cherished "Granny." She is preceded in death by parents, Ben and Annie Lindsey Patten.


Celebration of Life services will be held at the family farm in Minor Hill Saturday, Sept. 20, from noon-4 p.m. Anyone wishing to attend is encouraged to reach out to the family.


Imes Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.


Memorial donations may be made to the Benevolent Fund or Angel Community Fund at Anna Mae Owen Residential Hospice House.


Survivors include husband of 61 years Palmer Keathley; sons, Rick (Michele) Keathley of Minor Hill, Scott (Julie) Keathley of Camden, Mich., Ted (Stacey) Keathley of Lynchburg; grandchildren, Kimmy (Cameron) Hood, Nathan Kurtz, Mike (Miranda) Kurtz, Dustin (Cassey) Keathley, Chelsey (Matt) Hubbell, Candice Phillips; brother Bud (Marianne) Patten; sister Terry-Ann (Don) Kaminga; and several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and special friends.
