Pulaski - Mr. Joseph "Joe" Lee Rudd, 71, of Pulaski died March 26, 2026, at his home.
Mr. Rudd was born Aug. 27, 1954, in Pulaski and was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother. He was a devoted coach who spent many years on the baseball field, leaving a lasting impact on all who played for him. He had a deep love for the beach, and he enjoyed many days on the golf course. Above all else, he cherished time with his family. His grandchildren and great-grandchildren were the greatest joy of his life. He is preceded in death by parents, Charles Joseph and Mildred Ann Rudd.
Visitation will be held Monday, March 30, from 4-7 p.m. at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory. Funeral services will take place Tuesday, March 31, at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery.
Survivors include loving wife of 52 years Pam Rudd of Pulaski; daughters, Stephanie (Brett) Barber of Pulaski, Dana Stafford (Derek Black) of Minor Hill; grandchildren, Jacob (Danielle) Fly, Lauren (Alan) Shedd, Luke Barber, Max (Chloe) Russell, Callie (Jesse) Reed, Katie Barber; great-grandchildren, Tommy Shedd, Jackson Shedd, Saylor Fly, Wrynlee Russell; brother Morton (Barbara) Rudd of Pulaski; sisters, Patsy Cornelius of Spring Hill, DeDe (Doug) Miller of Murfreesboro; brothers-in-law, Terry (Nancy) Williams of Murfreesboro, Tommy (Valerie) Williams of Brentwood; sister-in-law Heather (Dennis) Russell of Pulaski; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
