St. Augustine, FL - Mr. Jason Dunnivant, 53, of St.Augustine, Fla., died June 5, 2025.
Mr. Dunnivant was born Oct. 31, 1971, in Pulaski. He was an Army veteran who loved music, dogs, diving and gator hunting. He was quick-witted and found humor in every aspect of life. After moving from Pulaski to St. Augustine in 2014, he fell in love with Florida living and spent as much time as possible outdoors. He is preceded in death by mother Joyce Chapman Dunnivant.
He always said if he couldn't have a Viking funeral then he didn't want a service at all.
Memorial donations may be made to his favorite pet rescue, Florida Urgent Rescue (FUR) of Jacksonville, Fla. (floridaurgentrescue.org).
Survivors include wife Jeri Peppers Dunnivant; children, Destyn Hyatt and wife Savannah, Justice Dunnivant, Evan Dunnivant; grandson Reed Hyatt; father James Dunnivant and sister Danielle Dunnivant.
