Lynnville - Mrs. Eleanor Grace Wicks, 87, of Lynnville died April 4, 2026, at NHC Oakwood.


Mrs. Wicks was born Jan. 6, 1939, in Nashville and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who adored spending time with her family. She enjoyed sewing and cooking. She is preceded in death by parents, William Loyd and Dora Mae Cox Haslip; and brothers, Lamont Haslip and Jack Haslip.


Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 7, at Lynnwood Cemetery. Burial will be in Lynnwood Cemetery.


Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.


Memorial donations may be made to Lynnwood Cemetery.


Survivors include husband Luther Wicks of Lynnville; son Roger (Susan) Wicks of Rockyford, Colo.; daughter Becky (Ricky) Russell of Lynnville; granddaughters, Monica (Chase) Edwards of Pulaski, Maggie (Lee) Warren of Fayetteville; great-grandchildren, Carter Edwards, Ty Edwards, Brynlee Warren, Knox Warren; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
